Role/ Scope of work:

Engineering D&C Support to Mechanical Contractor, including:

  • Carpark ventilation

  • General ventilation

  • Commercial office provisions to PCA A-Grade

  • Commercial & Residential Heat load Calculations

  • Chilled, Condenser and Heating Hot Water Systems to serve Coles Tenancy

  • Air Cooled VRF Systems

  • Fire mode operation including fire matrix, stair pressurisation, lobby relief and smoke spill to FER

  • Coordination of riser provisions and roof plant areas with builder & architect
