How it works:

Step 1: Fill this form

Share your details and the contractor you’d like to refer.

Step 2: We review and connect

We’ll confirm eligibility, make sure there’s a genuine relationship, and discuss how you can best introduce us to your contact.

Step 3: Get rewarded

Once your referral becomes a client and their first invoice (equal to or greater than the reward amount) has been paid, you’ll receive your $1,000 reward.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Eligibility Criteria (all conditions must be met to qualify)

The referral must be for a Mechanical Contractor based in Australia or New Zealand
The contractor must have a minimum annual turnover of $3M AUD, demonstrated by delivering multiple mechanical contracts valued at $500k+ within the past 12 months.
Referrals apply only to new clients or contractors who have not worked with MEPEC in the past 12 months
You must have a genuine relationship with the person you are referring, as rewards are provided in thanks for a personal, warm introduction.
The referred contractor must become a client (issue a Purchase Order) within 12 weeks of the initial introduction.

Important Terms

The client referral program will be initially limited to the first 10 referrals (it may be extended following an internal review)
Referral rewards may be considered taxable income. Referrers are responsible for any tax obligations arising from their reward.

What We Provide

We partner with Mechanical Contractors to:

Deliver comprehensive mechanical engineering support & Certification
Produce high-quality shop drawings + Lead BIM Coordinator Services

The Reward

$1,000 for the Referrer. Paid as:
- Gift cards of your choice, or;
- Bank transfer
$1,000 Account Credit for the Referred Contractor
(Amounts above are in AUD and inclusive of GST)
Rewards are paid once the referred client has paid their first invoice equal to or greater than the reward amount
